I didn't stick to the character description I was provided with 100% but I think it's close enough.

"Khaliya Rihisskert has red, very thick long hair. She is pinning it up in no way; she is letting it go loosely. She is carrying the ruby mesh on the forehead that says the sorceress can see everything. For her clothes, they are in black and red colours: she usually wears a red dress with gashes on the sides and a black corselette. She is wearing also black trousers fastened together on the sides with narrow tapes. She is holding attributes of her talent -a staff with the head of the dragon and a whip with silver dragons' heads. Her shoes are tall and black, with a sole as soft as a small pillow of a cat so nobody hears her coming. She is holding in her hand a staff, around which is a ruby snake, the symbols of the enchantress of the Black Scale are "the tool of her work". Her skin is light, but not pale; red eyes, small nose, full mouth. She is known as an exceptionally beautiful person."
